About
My approach to helping you
I focus on being ‘with’ my clients as we work together to help you heal, overcome, change, improve, and become more resilient. I often find an important factor for identifying where the struggles are and where the improvements can be made are in relationships. This relationship might be the one you have with yourself or with others.
Do you have parts of yourself that are kind or critical, supportive or sabotaging? There is usually a good reason for these adaptations, aimed at helping you function and survive. Some of these adaptations you want to keep the same, and others you might want to change. The experiences you had in the past might be replaying unhelpfully in your life, leading to anxiety, frustration, apathy, or depression. Understanding and improving your conflicted parts helps you experience inner calm, clarity, and a life you enjoy.
